These terms govern your access to and use of the Jupiter website, products, and services.

By accessing or using Jupiter, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here. If you use Jupiter on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Jupiter to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, access another user’s data without permission, or create unreasonable risk for Jupiter or others.
4. Fees and payment
Paid services are billed according to the selected plan or order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes. We may update pricing with reasonable notice before the change applies.
5. Ownership and feedback
Jupiter and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, and related materials. You retain rights in content you submit. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Jupiter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when required by law, for security reasons, for non-payment, or for a material violation of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Jupiter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity.
